Very compact, the KYOTO wall cabinet is ideal for making connections with direct connectorisation or splicing with pigtails. It can manage up to 72 splices and 48 connections with any type of connectivity in a compartment fully secured by key locker.
Cables can be entered either by the top or the bottom with the presence of sealing devices. The cable fastening and the development of cables are made with removable device that can be easily fixed in the box to simplify the preparation of the cable (this operation can be realized out of the wall box). This special system offers a high protection of the fibers and it enables to fix the tubing jacket.
Moreover, a dedicated route for the tubing jackets has been designed to reduce the time of maintenance. So that the risks of crossing between pigtails and tubing are limited. Fit out with toggle patching plates with double footprints (SC/ST or SC-Duplex/full), the KYOTO wall box permits a total flexibility regarding the connectors used.
For installation with splicing, the KYOTO wall box includes an option "inner management system with support plate, pivoting splicing tray and optimized management of pigtails".
This option makes the maintenance operations easier: especially for splicing interventions with a large access the volume within the wall box. Moreover, it guarantees a perfect routing of the pigtails up to the patching zone, always in accordance with the authorized bending radius.
An additional module, safeguarded with a key locker, enables a perfect protection of the jumpers and connections when they come out of the wall box. The exit of the jumpers is operated on the top or on the back. The module incorporates a system that avoids any risks of pinching as much as maintaining the jumpers.
