Thanks to its design and the many advantages it has, TERAOPTIC’s pivoting splice tray is ideal for the creation of your splicing operations on optical fibre.
The maintenance of fibres in entry and exit of module is ensured by removable combs (foam for microsheath and combs for the various diameters).
The various versions of combs available will guarantee you to find the configuration the most adapted to your needs.
The capacity of the maintaining zone of the sleeves is recommended for 12. It also enables to receive mechanical protections as well as passive components.
Apart from being able to manage up to 24 bare fibre overlengths in 250µm (12x1,5m upstream of the splices and the same downstream), the coiling zone has a double oval in its centre, which allows to change the direction of the fibre organisation to enable the splice of 2 fibres coming from the same entry. This fibre organization zone guarantees also a respect of the bending radius, even in the case of a defect. The pivoting move which results from this, associated with the presence of cut-off points in various apertures, guarantees a very good accessibility to the fibre overlengths organization zone as well as to the protection sleeves.
Should be noted the presence of some elements which could be useful in your installation: the label for the location of your splices, the tool on the fiber maintenance shutters, essential for the installation of the pigtails in the 900µm comb; the fixing support of the splice tray in your enclosures and the protection cover.
